Embark on one of our scenic boat tours departing from Cirkewwa, Malta. This excursion begins with a relaxing cruise on the Cirkewwa to Comino route, offering panoramic views of the Maltese coastline, known for its striking limestone cliffs and crystal-clear waters.

Our first stop is the enchanting Crystal Lagoon, where you’ll have around 30 minutes to soak up the views, swim, and capture stunning photos. Next, we’ll explore the nearby caves, showcasing their unique formations and vivid colours – a true highlight of this Comino boat trip.

We then cruise to the main harbour of Gozo, Mgarr Harbour, for a brief visit, offering a perfect opportunity for photos and sightseeing in this charming coastal town. The journey continues to the famous Blue Lagoon, where we’ll stop for one hour. Experience the magic of a Blue Lagoon Malta boat trip – enjoy an optional walk around Comino Island, take a dip in the turquoise sea, and admire its vibrant underwater ecosystems that define its rich marine biodiversity.

Around Comino Island, Blue & Crystal Lagoon, Gozo & Caves

We will welcome you aboard from Cirkewwa, Malta, starting by heading to Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, where we will show you the beautiful scenery of this little harbour.

Our private boat tour from Malta to Comino begins with stunning coastal views and continues toward the famous Blue Lagoon, most known for its beautiful, clear blue water. Here, you will have the option to go down on the island of Comino and explore and swim from land, or you can choose to stay on the boat, where Captain George will find the best spot to anchor so you can swim, snorkel, and jump from the boat. Enjoy approximately one hour of free time to explore sandy beaches and bask in the sun.

Continue to the breathtaking Crystal Lagoon for approximately 45 minutes, most known for its snorkeling, coves, and amazing sea life. Marvel at turquoise waters, swim, snorkel, and feed fish as part of one of the most scenic Comino boat tours available.

We will then pass by San Nikolaw Bay and Santa Marija Bay before heading over to the breathtaking Comino Caves, getting up close and even going inside so you can take pictures and see the amazing scenery within. Pass by the famous landmark known as the Elephant’s Head, which literally looks just like a head of an elephant – we’ll stop so you can take some photos.

Cruise past the Comino Tower, famous for the movie The Count of Monte Cristo, and the tuna fish farm before heading back to Cirkewwa, completing an unforgettable trip through Malta’s most iconic lagoons and caves.
